Karnataka: LPG Cylinder prices hiked by Rs 50 in 15 days. When COVID19 & slow economy added to common man’s woes, we’re looking at a situation where prices have been hiked 3 times in less than 2 months
The price of a Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) domestic cylinder was hiked again by ₹25 apiece on 1 September. After the latest hike, a domestic cylinder (14.2 kilograms) would now cost ₹887 apiece in Karnataka.
From the past 15 day’s this is the second time the BJP government has hiked the prices. The rate of 14.2 kilo cylinder has been hiked by 315 rupees in the past 11 months.
